Wytyczne i zasoby projektowe

Even though we're not a commercial project, the concept of brand identity is still very important! Sticking to a few (flexible) rules lets us stay consistent and recognisable. If you're a contributor creating some kind of visual content for the project, here's a bunch of guidelines and assets that you might find useful:

Values and mission

We're a queer collective – and that guides everything we do. Whatever you create, please keep our mission and our values in mind. Make things inclusive and accessible!

Tone

Try to find a good balance. Remember your audience: which language(s) to use, what tone to use, how detailed to get – it all depends on who you're talking to.

We're a grassroots initiative built on voluntary cooperation – so let's not sound like a huge faceless corporation. Keep it casual, but professional.

Be kind, warm and friendly – but when it comes to defending our community from hate and discrimination, being fierce and snarky is the way to go.

Even though our approach to language is revolutionary and rejecting “authorities” on how queer people are allowed to express ourselves, it doesn't mean we can be sloppy, inaccurate or click-baity. Our content should be factual, rational and applying academic rigour when necessary.
